Magnetic separation is one of the main methods for iron ore separation. Magnetic separation is divided into weak magnetic separation and strong magnetic separation. Weak magnetic separation is mainly used for the separation of ferromagnetic iron minerals such as magnetite. Strong magnetic separation is mainly used for the separation of hematite-based weak magnetic minerals.
