Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK fertilizer, DAP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line. This equipment can specially used for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers, etc. It is mainly used for producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to 3mm.
The whole compound fertilizer machinery in the fertilizer production line includes the following machines: fertilizer mixing machine --fertilizer crushing machine --rotary drum granulator-- rotary drum drying machine-- rotary drum cooling machine --rotary drum coating machine-- rotary screening machine--packaging machine--spraying granulating system--belt conveyor and other accessories.
Technological process of compound fertilizer production line is: raw material burdening, raw material mixing, raw material granulating, particle drying, particle cooling, particle classifying, coating of finished product, and packaging of finished product. Raw material mixing: Evenly mix prepared raw materials, to evenly distribute granules of fertilizer and enhance the fertilizer efficiency. Particle drying: Send the particle made by granulating machine to dryer for drying moisture and improving particle strength, making particles easy to be stored.
The Working Process of Compound Fertilizer Production Line
1. Dosing of raw material: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate (Monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, coarse whiting, calcium), potassium chloride and other materials are arranged according to certain proportion. (Check the result according to market demands and soil test)
2. Raw material mixing: evenly mix the arranged raw material and improve the uniformity of particle size and efficiency of fertilizer.
3. Raw material prilling: send the mixed material into the granulator. (Rotor drum granulator and press granulator are optional.)
4. Particle drying: send the mixed material into drying machine and dry the water content of the particle and intensify the hardness of particle to make it convenient to store.
5. Particle cooling: after being dried, the temperature of particle is very high and easy to caking. After cooling, it is convenient to transport and store.
6. Particle screening: screen the cooled material and the unqualified particle should be granulated again and screen out the qualified particle.
7. Product filming: Film the qualified product to increase the brightness and fruity.
8. Product packaging: Package the filmed particle and store it at ventilated place.
