Flotation Process is mainly used for nonferrous mineral processing. The Production process of flotation separation
Crushing and Grinding ------ Washing and Grading ------ Flotation ------ Concentrate and Dry
Crushing and Grinding:
Firstly, ore will be crushed into the particles with a reasonable degree of fineness by Jaw crusher, cone Crusher or other stone crushers ; the crushed ores will be evenly feed into the ball mill by conveyor and feeder for fine grinding.
Washing and Grading:
After the grinding of ball mill, the particles with different proportions will be send into the spiral classifier for washing and grading.
Flotation:
After being washed and graded, the operators can add different reagents into ore mixture in the flotation machine on the basis of different mineral features to make wanted mineral contents separate from other materials .
Concentrate and Dry:
After the desired minerals are separated out, firstly,it should be concentrated by the thickener, and then dried by rotary dryer to get dry materials.
Then the flotation beneficiation process is finished.
