1) No rotating parts, no need of lubrication.
2) Simple structure, convenient to repair, durable, low fault rate.
3) The vibrator take use of the resonance principle, double plastid critical resonance state. So the driving power is small and with a small starting current and low noise.
4) After starting the vibrator, the amplitude can transiently achieve a stable value.
5) The vibration or amplitude of the sieve body is adjustable, and they can control the size of the products by changing the vibration force of the sieve body.
6) At the vibration of the sieve body, the screen piece between the screen strips can also generate relative fibrillation so that sieve gap is not easy to block material.
