Sand Making Line Introduction:

Sand making Line is the processing line which makes sand artificially. The sand making line is composed of jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher which is selected according to the materiel condition and production requirement, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine.

Because of its low wearable feature,  sand making machine is also used in high abrasiveness and secondary crushing industry.  Besides, because there is no pollution for machine, sand making machine is well suitable for producting glass quartz sand and other high purity material industry. Its production capacity scopes is 10-500t/h., so sand making machine almost can satisfies all  production requirement.

Features of sand making line:

1. Simple structure and low cost.
2. Less wear and using the principle of stone hitting stone.

3. High crushing efficient and lower power consumption.
4. It have grinding and coarse grinding function.

5. Less influence by materiel humidity and the materiel humidity can get about 8%.
6. The working noise is lower than 75db and the dust pollution is less.

7. It is applicable to grind the hard and medium hard materiel.
8. The production shape is cube and its bulk density is small. The iron pollution is less.

Flow chart of Sand Making Line :

Firstly, the materials are crushed by jaw crusher. Then the crushed materials are fed into impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. And then the crushed materials are separated into two types of carpolite by vibrating screen, among which one type of the carpolite meeting the feeding size of sand making machine gets into sand making machine, and the other type is stacked according to its particle diameter as finished product of the materials. The carpolite in the sand making machine will be made into sand, then is washed by the sand washer and discharged out forming finished product of sand.
